Operational Overview – July 2016 RTA provided 1,539,441 rides in July 2016 173 complaints were received in our call center .089 complaints per 100,000 passengers 29 of RTA’s 35 routes were impacted by service disruptions in July 15 service disruptions 5 short-term detours 9 long-term detours

Rampart Streetcar Update PROJECT STARTED IN JANUARY 2015 COMPLETION - THE END OF AUGUST / THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2016 Utilities, Tracks, Streetlights completed Almost completed with Landscaping and Asphalt Overlay Performing the Final Inspections and the Substation Commissioning Streetcar Line Testing – the last 2 weeks of August and September NEW STREETCAR SERVICE IN SEPTEMBER 2016

Rampart Streetcar Service Change The RTA Board of Commissioners approved a budget and service design for the Rampart Streetcar and associated changes. The budget invests $2.9 million in: Increased frequency on 4 lines Increased network connectivity Expanded bus coverage Expanded service hours

Community Outreach Plan How we will communicate service enhancements with customers; Rider alerts posted on website announcing the new service Media appearances and articles in print and broadcast Digital campaigns utilizing social media to inform riders Email blasts to RTA newsletter subscribers and community lists Rider alerts posted on vehicles announcing the new service Street teams distributing fliers directly to riders announcing the changes in advance Appearances at neighborhood and community meetings to detail service enhancements to community Street teams available first days of service to assist riders navigate the new routes.
