Area ERP1 Business Application Manager Purpose Responsible for ERP projects and support in the BU. To support and coordinate with business users at the Region and Country level for the implementation and support of the Dufry Core Suite (DCS). To support and coordinate with Global IT the ERP Implementation, Support and Change Management processes. Category Manager Key Accountabilities In charge of supporting the execution of ERP projects within our global Dufry Core Suite (DCS) roll-out, as well as supporting the standard Dufry software once it is implemented. This role entails: ERP project management. The individual will coordinate and support tasks such as project requirements analysis, design, setup, testing, and training and other tasks associated with an ERP project. Infostore POS software Support Support on Navision Implementation Partner selection process Project coordination with other project stakeholders (local IT operations, business users, vendors, etc.) Support and coordination of the external Navision implementation partner. In cooperation with the technical personnel, definition and support of any technical work associated with a project: programming, installations, tuning, testing, etc. Navision software support, addressing issues escalated by Dufry users. Focus on aligning local IT operations activities with our global Navision application model. Budget, costs, quality and deadline control. Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures for the IT Community Scope IT Location Sharjah Specific Requirements Good knowledge of company’s key processes from a functional perspective, such as: finance, supply chain, warehouse mgmt Expertise in application delivery / support Expertise in ERP or Navision project implementation Fluent English Additional language as applicable per Region Position in Organization Key Relationships Group Applications Competence Center responsible at Global IT Other members of the Competence Center End-users External Service Providers Measures Customers People Operations Finance Targets as per Corporate Performance Appraisal and MBO Policies.
