FUN ON THE CLOCK CAN BE FUN WHY FUN AT WORK MATTERS Having fun on the job allows for workers to be a bit more light hearted and this usually increases productivity. Our jobs can most often be tense and unnecessarily stressful, but hopefully after this session we can give you some suggestions on how to make it better.

IN CLOSING JUST FYI We are told that laughter, fun and play are unadult, unintelligent and nonprofessional. Nothing could be farther from the truth. One of the first indicators of the on set of most mental illness is a loss of the sense of joy in being alive. Organizations that integrate fun into work have lower levels of absenteeism, greater job satisfaction, increased productivity and less down time
