YEARLY MAINTENANCE. CLEANING OF CHARGER. TIGHTEN ALL POWER AND CONTROL CABLE CONNECTIONS. AC & DC CONTACTOR TO BE CLEANED USING SAND POLISH PAPER TO REMOVE DUST AND DIRT. CARRY OUT LOAD TEST AND RECORD. CARRY OUT MAINTENANCE OF ALL ELECTRNIC MODULES TO HAVE PROPER CONTROL OR SUPERVISED THE CHARGER. CHECK THE FUNCTIONS IN AUTO & MANUAL MODE. CHECK THE VOLTAGE IN FLOAT MODE AND RECORD. CHECK THE TEST POINTS VOLTAGE OF AVR CARD AND RECORD. MEASURE THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE AT BATTERY TERMINAL AND AS WELL AS LOAD TERMINALS AND RECORD. CHECK THE RIPPLE THROUGH OSCILLOSCOPE AND RECORD. CHECK ALARM FUNCTIONS. CHECK THE INTERLOCKING , IF ANY. TO ENSURE THAT BATTERY BANKS ARE NOT OVER/UNDER CHARGED.
