Bear Trax Department Coordinator Assignment Length: June 1, 2017- ongoing Primary Functions Serve as department “go to” person for Bear Trax and assists team members with informal skill building for peer learning interactions. Facilitate a positive environment conducive to user adoption and system utilization. Participate in User Group sessions to gain additional follow on support after initial classroom training. This will also be a place to share wins, trends, challenges, and things you need help with. Provide Bear Trax Refreshers and Office Hours the weeks before and after go-live. Serve as an informal resource and Go-To Point Person for your department/area during Go Live and beyond.
