Science Safety Contract According to St. Paul Public Schools, students need to have a signed safety contract in order to participate in science activities. The only chemicals they will be using are soap and water.

Spanish Expectations Starting in September students will use basic classroom words and phrases in Spanish. Tuesday, January 16: Students will speak only Spanish to adults and peers.

Birthdays Please check with the teacher before sending birthday treats. Due to the district wellness policy treats are limited to once a month. First grade classes will meet outside on the last Wednesday of the month to sing to all students with birthdays and celebrate with 10 minutes of extra recess.
