Solutions & Highlights: *Trying to offset the Chandon Brut gap, we added Chandon American Summer to banquets list for the summer, and seized 4 of 7 spots on bubbles BTG list property-wide, including upgrades to Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial & Etoile Brut *New Etoile Brut BTG added +13 9L cs vs. 0 LY *New Veuve Clicquot BTG yielded 57.75 9L cs vs 20 LY = +37 9L cs *New BTG placements of Newton Red Label Chardonnay & Claret = +54 9L cs vs. 0 LY *New Belvedere Citrus drink feature = +10.5 9L cs vs. 0 LY Christopher Dixon 1
