Theory and methods Positive psychology (Barbara Fredricson): With focus on the theory Broaden and build – building live through positive emotions. 5:1 – 5 positive feedback - one challenge. Focus on strength. (M.Seligman) 50% gens and 50% can be trained Science shows that people that’s using their strengths are happier, more vital, less stressful, are more likely to achieve their goals. They are more confident at their work and even live longer- 7 year Positive psychology: With focus on the theory Broaden and build – building live through positive emotions. Focus on strength. 5:1 – 5 positive feedback - one challenge. (That’s is also the magical number for your marriage if you wonder)

Appreciative Inquiry (Phd. David L. Cooperrider and Phd.Diana Whitney That is understood as: Co - evolutionary search for the best in people, their organizations, and the relevant world around them. In its broadest focus, it involves systematic discovery of what gives “life” to a living system when it is most alive, most effective. With using raptly cycle of Action Research together with the children, their family and the professional, we experienced that we are starting to build resilience and wellbeing.

Social construction is another important inspiration sours for this work, and specially Kenneth Gergen with focus on humans construct their reality through language and interaction. This gave a new possibility - we also can RE construct. ART- Aggression replacement training it’s a multi modal program Moral reasoning, anger management and social training but we specially focus on moral reasoning and the training aspect.
