We’re likely to see strong thunderstorms * brought by typhoon rainclouds between noon on the 5th and the evening of the 6th. Around 250 mm of rain is expected to fall within the 24-hour period from noon on the 5th. The Meteorological Office advises that the typhoon resembles the very strong typhoon No. 10 that caused significant disaster conditions in the prefecture 12 years ago.
