ePortfolio Assignment KINE 3300 Spring 2015

Read the following article from the Auburn University Office of Communications & Marketing: Featured Story - Students demonstrate experiences, interests through Auburn’s ePortfolio project

Why create an ePortfolio? ePortfolios are websites created by individual students at Auburn to communicate to an audience outside the university what the student has learned and is able to do. ePortfolios include a variety of documents organized to showcase skills and experiences. These documents are purposefully introduced, contextualized, and arranged so that the target audience can assess the student’s suitability for graduate study or employment.

What are Professional ePortfolios? Websites created by individuals to: Synthesize learning experiences Showcase skills and abilities

What are Professional ePortfolios? Continued… Includes multiple artifacts of different kinds Purposefully selected and arranged for an audience of the student’s choosing
