Program Background 2011 – Last Revision to Parking Policy 2015 March – Ongoing Benefits / Challenges 2015 October – Recommended Policy Changes 2016 January – Began Pilot Program Many studies have been done for the baseline and to support policy changes Parking study in 1966 1999 & 2006 review of existing parking conditions. 2004 – parking plaza with housing, was later rejected. 2009 – developed the previous parking program.
