Program Background 2011 – Last Revision to Parking Policy 2015 March – Ongoing Benefits / Challenges 2015 October – Recommended Policy Changes 2016 January – Began Pilot Program Many studies have been done for the baseline and to support policy changes Parking study in 1966 1999 & 2006 review of existing parking conditions. 2004 – parking plaza with housing, was later rejected. 2009 – developed the previous parking program.

Parking Enforcement Period: Total Parking Supply: Plazas: 1186 On-Street: 409 Parking Enforcement Period: Weekday: 9am - 6pm Weekend: None Parking Plazas (except Plz 4) limit from 2 hr to 3 hr on-street parking limit from 1 hr to 90 mins Spaces per lot: Lot 1 = 249, Lot 2 = 95, Lot 3 = 212, Lot 4 = 105, Lot 5 = 150, Lot 6 = 136, Lot 7 = 94, Lot 8 = 145.
