Overview Welcome to Daresbury Lab. and The Cockcroft Institute! For any help with taxis etc please contact Sue Waller (when not at reception to be found here: sue.waller@stfc.ac.uk, or in room S26 on top floor). The meeting is scheduled to finish at lunch time on Wednesday (closeout by 12:30 followed by lunch). A Wednesday morning plenary session is scheduled and a summary of WGs will be the final session. Lunch included for all three days. The tour of VELA/CLARA will be on Monday at 15:50. Dr. Deepa Angal-Kalinin is in charge of all tours. Contact Deepa or registration desk for further details. Banquet attendees on Tuesday will take a bus from the Cockcroft at 17:45 back to the hotels for a quick drop-off of bags, and then off to Ruthin Castle in North Wales (arrive ~19:15). Student poster awards will be presented. Ruthin Castle is a medieval castle fortification in Wales in the Vale of Clwyd. It was constructed during the late 13th century by Dafydd ap Gruffydd, the brother of Prince Llywelyn ap Gruffudd. Also worth noting that Llywelyn ap Gruffydd was the last Prince of Wales (1258-1282), before conquest by Edward I King of England
