Group Registration Maximum members in a group can be 5 While minimum is 2, the portal asks for the third group member Facility for temporary save is to be provided before final upload or Offline data entry forms may be used so that saved data can be uploaded Excel/CSV/PDF forms District Coordinator should have the facility for uploading in excel format Instead of using new pages for each form Tabs may be used.

State Coordinator The District Coordinator or the group leader should not be allowed to edit details after a specific date before State Congress At present, after a project is selected for National Level also, the group details can be edited even marked as not selected to the State Level

For Dist Coordinator or State Coordinator The list of participants should be exportable To prepare presentation schedule To prepare evaluation sheets To enter the marks Above all prepare the reports

Above all The manpower as well as computer facilities at all levels are very scarce Internet connectivity in District Headquarters or remote areas of the country are still not very fast. The provision for uploading information in Excel, CSV formats, PDF forms should be considered
