Supplemental Report Card Individually by Program FY11/12 Emailed exclusively to program manager/director Sent on 7/22/2013 Significantly old data used only for demonstration purposes Is not included in report card score, will be in FY13/14

Supplemental Report Card Design includes TWO parts Data entered by Program into ASISTS Data collected by NYSED through GED test results in Oracle Database Monthly Reconciliation of NYSED Candidate Match Reports is ESSENTIAL to this process
