General Observations for peer assesment Strong commitment by the top management towards QMS-PBF??? Adequate Infrastructure Eminent team work and spirit Well documented policies and procedures covering almost all the requirements, for most of the facilities Good, planning, budgeting and inventory management system Customer focused management system Availability of high throughput equipment with adequate backup 6/17/2018
ACHIEVEMENTS General Improvement in QMS across the satellite labs 6/17/2018 General Improvement in QMS across the satellite labs Infrastructure- New Labs -Equipments - LIMs - Vedio conferencing SLMTA Series Completed Pool of internal auditors increased for all labs- From 1 to 2 Capacity building on Modern Technologies and QMS SLMTA started for the new facilities
CHALLEGES Identification of NCs, Corrective Actions and Preventive actions Evaluation and audits was also an area poorly performed No systems for calibration of ancillary equipment –This will be addressed by newly formed National Equipment and calibration center Equipment Validation and verifications/Maintainance 6/17/2018
