Lackawanna Fitness center Hours of Operation Location Monday – Wednesday: 9 A.M. – 9 P.M. Thursday – Friday: 9 A.M. – 11 P.M. Saturday: 12 P.M. – 11 P.M. Sunday: 12 P.M. – 5 P.M. Student Union: 500 Jefferson Ave, Scranton PA. The facility is free to all enrolled students with proper ID

Proper Attire and footwear Yes: Athletic footwear with laces must be worn T-Shirts, warm-up suits, sweat suits, or aerobic attire Shorts/workout leggings

Proper Attire and footwear No: Jeans Dress shirts i.e. Button Down shirts Open-toed shoes i.e. flip- flops/sandals Work-boots i.e. timberlands Only Sports Bras (may be worn underneath t-shirt)

Policies of Gym Orientation prior to entering gym Student ID’s must be present upon arrival Must sign in/out of fitness center Must sign statement of liability before entering fitness center Do not drop weights/dumbbells Spray down equipment before and after use

Policies of gym Return all equipment to racks after use Do not remove equipment outside fitness center Profanity will not be tolerated Proper attire must be worn Shirts must be worn at all times If listening to music, headphones must be worn No gum may be chewed during workout

Failure to abide by rules will not be allowed to use the facility. Additional Rules: Lackawanna College is not liable for any injuries from personal equipment. Please report any equipment problems to Fitness Center immediately. Please do not try to repair any equipment that is malfunctioned. Contact fitness center staff if problem occurs. Food and open drink containers are not permitted. Failure to abide by rules will not be allowed to use the facility.

Things to remember! With respect to the fitness facility, all students should remember to enjoy their workout sessions and maintain a positive healthy lifestyle!
