RB Controls Clocking in and out follow ups inner office messages Please press on the keyboard when ready for the next slide
All employees are responsible for clocking in into RB Controls at the start and finish of each workday Employees may not clock in more than 15 minutes before their assigned start time As part of the clocking in process, all employees are responsible for checking their messages and follow up assignments
in the lower left corner you’ll see the time clock button you need to use to clock in and out
Once you click on the time clock button this screen will appear Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number and then press enter Don’t give those numbers to anyone else if clocking out from the field please send a text to the Mozeo number
This screen tells you how many follow ups, sales leads and emails/messages you have You must click confirm at the bottom to be sure you have clocked in or out
To check your follow ups, sales leads and messages you’ll need the buttons indicated below and to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number to access them
Follow Ups HAVE AN ACTION RELATED TO A SPECIFIC JOB OR CUSTOMER SHOULD BE CHECKED AFTER PUNCHING IN AND BEFORE PUNCHING OUT KEEPS A RECORD OF ONGOING CONVERSATIONS WITH TIME STAMPS AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON RESPONDING – remember to scroll down! THEY CAN BE FOUND EVEN AFTER BEING COMPLETED
ONCE YOU SIGN INTO FOLLOW UPS (THE BUTTON SHOWN ON THE LEFT) YOU WILL SEE THE SCREEN SHOWN ON THE RIGHT
double click to make changes - YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS along with responding and changing who the follow up is assigned to Print Create a new follow up View customer profile View the sales order it may be associated with
SALES LEADS To be used for possible sales Be sure to check these after punching in and before punching out For example – a new safety cover or heater
The red sections must be filled in to be able to create the sales lead location – defaults to Scituate but you must click in the box notes – be as detailed as possible equipment repair/replacement – tracy follow up maintenance visits – Marion safety covers – Christie
Inner office messages Should be checked after punching in and before checking out For non job specific or customer specific conversations Can be for more than 1 person Can be for requesting time off, information about training/meetings Example – asking everyone for help with a community service project
Once you have signed into the email (called messages in the picture below) you will see the screen on the right
When you read messages you will see these options at the top and the bottom of the screen
Follow ups, sales leads and messages For the next 5 days you’ll be receive a follow up and a message daily Don’t forget to check them all when you clock in and out! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask for help
