My Final Decision and Why? I will choose the option no.3 or the the house. I choose the house because aside it is cheaper than the option no.1. It is near to the park and shopping centre and it has an exterior balcony. There is also has laundry and it has an elevator so it is easy to go upstair. And the bus stop is near. It has 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom, no pets allowed and no smoking and this house is okay for me.
