Introduction I NEED I Need THEE I Need Thee EVERY HOUR Definition: To be in a condition or situation in which you must have (something); to require (something) I Need THEE Most Gracious Lord (Psa. 116:5) Most Holy One (Acts 2:27) Thou Blessed Son (Matt. 21:9) My Savior (Tit. 2:13) I Need Thee EVERY HOUR There is NO hour that I do not need Him! There is NO condition or situation in which I do not need Him!

I Need Thy Peace … From Thy Voice The tender voice/word of Jesus gives peace like none other (Eph. 6:15; Col. 3:15-16)! Peace in midst of storm (Matt. 14:27) Peace in midst of life’s storms (Matt. 9:22) Peace in midst of sorrow and fear (John 20:19)

I Need Thy Power … Over Temptations Temptations lose their power when Jesus is nearby (1 Cor. 10:13)! “The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations” (2 Pet. 2:9; Matt. 6:13) Jesus conquered temptation to help us conquer temptation (Heb. 2:17-18)

I Need Thy Presence … in All Circumstances Life is worthless and pointless without Jesus abiding in it (John 14:23; Phil. 1:21) His presence makes finding true joy in life possible (Phil. 4:4) His presence makes successfully enduring pain in life possible (Psa. 23:4; Phil. 4:13) He has promised to be with us always (Matt. 28:20; Heb. 13:5; cf. Acts 18:9-10)

I Need Thy Possession … of My Soul There is no greater blessing than to belong to Jesus (Eph. 1:3) Belonging to Jesus helps me make godly choices (1 Cor. 6:20) Belonging to Jesus gives me confidence to live for Him (Acts 27:23; Rom. 14:8)

Are You His? Believe Jesus is God’s Son – John 8:24 Repent of your sins and turn to God – Luke 13:3 Confess your faith in Jesus – Matthew 10:32 Be immersed into Christ – Acts 22:16 God will forgive all of your sins – Acts 2:38 God will add you to His church – Acts 2:47 God will enroll you in heaven – Hebrews 12:23 Walk with Him faithfully – 1 John 1:7
