Work Experience Case Study: Silverson (G6) “We have had 31 applications for this year’s intake of apprentices and after aptitude assessments and interviews have finally agreed on our final 6 who we have offered an apprenticeship.   4 of the chosen 6 have been as a direct result of the skills week, 1 doing a week’s work experience placement with me last autumn and 1 from a conversation at the Chiltern Hills Academy careers fair. I cannot thank you enough for all the help and support you have given me over the last couple of years because without your help and expertise we would still be struggling to recruit.” Andy Darby, Training Manager
