Science/SS/health & Conscious Discipline Conscious Discipline is new to Kindergarten this year. We will begin with teaching students executive functions, feelings, and self regulation. Opening circle is embedded with Conscious Discipline. Once we finish with Conscious Discipline we will begin with the BCPS written Science Unit. These MUST stay on their backpacks all year long!! Car Riders: A safety will escort the car riders to the cafeteria. Pick up car riders from your car at side of the building/parking lot area. Bus Riders: Another safety will escort the bus riders to the lobby where they will be the first to get on the bus. Walkers: Kindergarten Walkers will meet their parent at the side door. Open Door Afterschool Program: Open Door students will be escorted to the cafeteria. Parents will pick up their students from the side door by buzzing in and signing their student out.
