Business Idea of "Alexandra" OOD for development of rural tourism in the region Berkovski

Period of the business plan: Business Plan was developed over a period of three years Company "Alexandra" OOD was founded in 2004 and is registered in District Court Berkovitsa a decision on the company case № 2581/2004, Volume II, p 146. The company was founded with private capital. Founders of "Alexandra“ OOD are 1. Alexandra Carlos 2. Monica Chantarska and 3. Dimcho Todorov, as partners with equal shares.

The objective of the company "Alexandra" OOD is doing the business- idea of members of the organization and development in the field of rural tourism in the municipality Berkovitsa.

Founders as colleagues and friends know well, among them reigns intentioned and friendly atmosphere are found many similarities in our characters. The three partner have economic education, which greatly helps in the orientation of the market situation, the choice of field of business planning and forecasting capabilities to carry out their business.

Objectives, which associates "Alexandra“ OOD set: In the long plan: - Satisfying consumer demand and customer needs. - Create image and position in the field of rural tourism. - Maintain a high level of quality of services. - Product development and expansion of the company. - Attracting foreign tourists.

In the short plan: - Successful launch of the company   - Providing the necessary working capital for business   - Achieve 80 percent average annual occupancy base   - Establishment of contacts and partnerships with tour operators across the country   - Implement the marketing strategy of the company   - Membership in the Bulgarian Association for Alternative Tourism

Description on based: Accommodation facilities of "Alexandra“ OOD consists of two identical one-storey houses, built on an area of ​​1800 square meters , Located in Berkovitsa Street, "Thirteen," which is a hereditary property of one of the partners.

The huge interest in Bulgaria from Western and Northern Europe in addition to highly competitive prices due to good conditions for recreation that are available, high quality service, unique nature of our country and the favorable climate.

To attract more customers and provide at least 80 percent average year-round occupancy base "Alexandra" OOD has signed contracts for mediation with four tour operators- "Pirinturist“ OOD- Pazardjik, "Orbit" OOD- Pazardjik, "Bulturs„ AD- Sofia and "Verilaturs„ OOD- Sofia.
