Meeting Space in Princeton Public Schools charge a fee SU can offer some aid Parents chip in Cookie Sales can cover future cost Library spaces can not be reserved in advance Church if member YWCA may be an option
Trips Trips must be approved Outside of normal Troop meeting Additional meeting or Trip to somewhere First Aider Emergency Contact not on the Trip Approved at SU level SU Event, Day Trip within NJ (Museum, Store, local hike, etc.) Activity Checkpoints in Volunteer Toolkit Risks, adult ratios needed etc.
