Hazard 1 What can be done to solve the hazard ? What could happen ? The crack could relate to an injury to your head if you fell. What can be done to solve the hazard ? Put a bit of concrete filler on it

Hazard 2 What could be done to solve the issue ? What could happen? Some one could be stepping backwards and fall and hit there head What could be done to solve the issue ? You could close the drawer.

Hazard 3 What could be done to solve the issue? What could happen? The water damage patch could let a gush of water and could and trip some one up. What could be done to solve the issue? They could lift up the floor an fix the burst pipes .

Hazard 4 What could happen? The edge of the step could break of and some one could fall and hit there head. What could be done to fix this? Put a bit of concrete filler in to the over large crack.

Hazard 5 What could happen? The plastic covering could fall of and cut them. What could be done to solve this? Staple the plastic back on to the wall.
