Summary of Technology services Fees Technology (Infrastructure, Network, PC) 2% decrease from 2017 Savings in broadband and staffing costs Addition of 3rd party consulting / services budget Carryover from 2016 was $560,382 ILS Services 2.9% increase from 2017 Increases in vendor fees and staffing costs Carryover from 2016 was $478,650.
