Eduphoria Login: From YISD home page, hover over “Explore YISD”, then on “Staff” and click on “Quick Links”.
Under “Web Applications” click on “Eduphoria”. Eduphoria Login: Under “Web Applications” click on “Eduphoria”.

Select “Facilities&Events”. Eduphoria Login: Select “Facilities&Events”.
Under “Reservation Options” click on “Make a reservation”.
Under “My Schools” click on “ACAC”. Make a Reservation: Under “My Schools” click on “ACAC”.
Make a Reservation: Click on either “Conference Room” or “Computer Lab” depending on your needs.
Make a Reservation: Enter the number of rooms required. You can also select the filter button to narrow down your choices even further. Click “Next” to continue, “Back” for previous page, or “Cancel”.
Select Date(s) & Time(s): To reserve room(s) for one date, enter specific date for meeting. For multiple dates, select “Click here” link to allow for selection of dates. Enter your start and end times. Select “Click here” for more options. Click “Next” to continue, “Back” for previous page, or “Cancel”.
Available Rooms: The system will search for available room(s) based on the times selected. Select each item you want to reserve. Click “Next” to continue, “Back” for previous page, or “Cancel”.
Request Details: Answer all questions for setup information. Note: there is a scroll bar that lists additional questions. The last item for all rooms will be for comments (Additional Information). Click “Next” to continue, “Back” for previous page, or “Cancel”. Request Details:
If “Diagram To Be Submitted” is selected, please email a copy of the diagram to facilityrentals@yisd.net at least 10 days prior to event. This will ensure that the custodial staff has the correct information and room setup is completed. Request Details:
From the “Confirmation” screen, if all information is correct click the “Finish” button.
On the left hand side of the screen, under “My Reservations”, you will find the items you have submitted for approval. The arrows next to the title show if it is pending (yellow), denied (red), or green (approved). My Reservations:
You will receive an email advising that your reservation was either approved or not approved. Email Samples:
Changes to Reservation: If you need to make changes to your reservation, click on the item from your “My Reservations” listing and then select the “Additional Information” tab. Changes to Reservation:
Remember to use the scroll bar to see all questions. Setup Questions:
Updating the Reservation: Once you are done, select the “General” tab, change either the start or end time by one minute and hit the update button. Updating the Reservation:
Under “My Reservations” you will notice that the status has changed from approved (green) back to pending (yellow). Reservation Status:
Deleting the Reservation: If you no longer require the room, click the “delete” button. Select either “Yes” or “No”. Deleting the Reservation:
If “Yes” is selected, an email will be sent advising that the reservation request was deleted. Note: the reservation can only be deleted by the individual who entered the request. Email Sample:
