HERE IS THE FASTEST WAY FOR YOU TO GET UP AND RUNNING WITH YOUR CLIENT CREATOR SYSTEM

FAST-START LEAD GENERATION SYSTEM Step 1-A – Watch both of these Fast-Start Videos as soon as possible. Step 3 – If you do not have one already, create a Facebook Business Page. Step 3A – Watch this video – “How to create a Facebook Business Page”. http://www.easywebvideo.com/34f6d0fe Step 4 - Create a Clickable Link, Lead Generation Post in Facebook offering a FREE Home Valuation with a link that sends Prospects to your Address Grabber Lead Capture Website to get their FREE HOME VALUATION. Step 5 – In Facebook, Boost/Promote your Lead Generation Post at least once a week if possible. You can reach approximately 1000 people for $10. Then, promote that same post to the same group over and over again. DO NOT change either of these two elements. It takes 10-12 exposures of the same message to the same people before they start to become aware you exist. Step 6 – Log in to your Client Creator System and select “Client List”  Step 6 – Log in to your Client Creator System and select “Client List”. Then select the tab “Phone Lookup”. There you will see a list of every prospect you have that does not contain a phone number. Now, select some or all of the prospects in this list and select the “process” button. This will access your auto phone number look-up system which will find phone numbers for the prospects you have identified. This entire process will only take about 10 to 15 minutes. You can continue using your client creator system or log out while your request is processed. Once the process is completed you will be notified via text and email message.

Once notified, log back in to your Client Creator system Once notified, log back in to your Client Creator system. Select “Client List” then, select the tab “Lookup Results”. There you will see the results of this process. It will show either “successful” or “unsuccessful”. Normally, this process will find phone numbers for about 90% of those prospects submitted. This is one of the most valuable tools in your Client Creator System. Having phone numbers for your prospects can easily double or triple your conversion rate. One of the biggest reasons to use the auto-phone number look-up system on a regular basis is to secure phone numbers for those prospects that went to your lead capture website and you captured their physical address.

Now you have the ability to contact every lead generated from your client Creator system, either by snail mail, email, phone call or a combination of these methods. Step 7 – Within 24 hours of every seller lead generated, send them your pre listing package either by having it delivered or send electronically . This will separate you from other agents and assure you are one of the agents they interview for the job of selling their home. Step 8 (optional) – Remember, your leads are being followed-up with automatically by Client Creators built-in email campaign system. However, you should also send them a short, personal, email message every 2-3 weeks to remind them of your objective. See the example below:

Hi (first name), it’s Rand Smith. I have been sending you information on the home selling process over the past few weeks. I hope you have been finding it useful in your decision of whether or not to sell you home. If you do decide to sell your home I would like to be one of the agents you interview for the job. Our marketing systems will assure that your home sells for the highest price possible and in the shortest period of time. Best to you. Rand smith

Important Point – Stick with this system for as long as it takes to start generating a consistent flow of inbound opportunities. DO NOT QUIT. That is the single biggest mistake you can make. It takes time to create a true lead generation machine that will pay BIG dividends for years to come.
