Eating Healthy In College By: Ms. Cauley and Mr. Moran
“Healthy Choices” Activity Students will split up into 6 groups. Each group will have 2-3 students. Find a station around the room. There should only be one group per station. You and your group will have 30 seconds to come up with 1 or 2 healthy alternative food choices to the unhealthy food at your station. You will write your answers on the poster. Rotate clockwise around the room. All groups will go to every station.

“Poster Creations” Activity Each student will be creating a poster that could be displayed in a common area of a college dorm or hallway. Include AT LEAST 4 tips or strategies for eating healthy in college (can use 2 from our list). Your poster should be colorful and eye-catching. Include AT LEAST 2 pictures or drawings and a slogan or title. You will share the poster with your group. Some students may be asked to present their poster to the class.
