HDTV(High-definition television) Analog signals could not could not fit enough resolution to fill a large screen. HDTV transmits 1-2 million pixels per frame…5 times that of SD (standard-definition). It is digitally transmitted with video compression. To experience this, signal must be transmitted in HD. HDTV’s became available in the late 1990’s with the use of the right equipment. This is the problem or why a change was made. This describes goals/ criteria of the innovation. This tells how and/or when it was implemented.
