ODE -- Ohio teachers who completes the NBC process will have his/her license renewed. Ohio is home to 1200+ National Board Certified Teachers Cincinnati -- annual base salary supplement of $1,000 to any teacher achieving NBCT & may obtain lead teacher status which carries an additional $4,500-$5,500 salary increase.
