How does the connector work? Free adapter is installed within Informatica PowerCenter ‘Target Writer’ component of PowerCenter creates QlikView Data Exchange files (QVX) natively from within the Informatica PowerCenter environment The session extension properties of the Informatica’s workflow manager tool is used to set the name and the file directory of the QVX file. “Append Timestamp” check box can be used to append a timestamp to the QVX output file. QlikView reads the QVX files from the file directory as native QlikView data files
