HOLE 10 – PAR 4 BLACK 315 YARDS GOLD 305 YARDS BLUE 290 YARDS Remove tree on the back left side of the green. Remove tree on the back right side of the green. Create a large chipping area to the left of the green. Add chipping areas to the back right side to improve the playability. Reshape the entire green complex and adjust the bunker locations for better playability, strategy and aesthetics. Shift the green back and to the left about 30 feet in order to get it further away from the tees on 16 and this will also improve the strategy of the hole. Create a water feature where the low area currently is located. This will improve the strategy of this short drivable par-4. Convert the fairways to a hybrid bermudagrass. Remove trees in order to expand the fairway and eliminate shade on the green. Convert the fairways to a hybrid bermudagrass. Remove tree to open up the tee shot and create better vision of the hole. HOLE 14 – PAR 4 BLACK 383 YARDS GOLD 370 YARDS BLUE 356 YARDS WHITE 332 YARDS RED 308 YARDS
