Disciplinary measures Criminal prosecution Disciplinary measures for criminal offences as every other citizen, for those offences which are specifically related to the function of a civil servant written reprimand fine shortening of salary degrading to a lower rank removing from civil service Pecuniary liability The breach of law may cause the liability of the state if a civil servant damages a third private person. The aim is to encourage the initiative and energy in making decisions of every civil servant.
