Office of Equity and Diversity Mission: provide assistance to underrepresented students and help meet important goals help with a smooth transition from High School to College help with any problems that might arise help students get connected to ETSU faculty and staff with whom they build positive and lasting relationships Retention Graduate!!

DISCOVER ETSU Fall and Spring Open Houses 10th, 11th and 12th High Schoolers Formal presentations from the ETSU staff about: Admissions, Financial Aid, Scholarships, Housing, Campus Life. DISCOVER ETSU program is FREE of charge to the students and their guests Bus Tour: April 1st, 2017 Knoxville and Chattanooga 10th and 11th Grade Students We provide hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests on the Friday evening of the weekend program

BEST Mentoring Program ETSU's BEST is committed to facilitating the academic and social transition of incoming first-year underrepresented students. The program empowers students to pursue their academic, professional, social, and personal goals.
