Secure Site: Student Test Scores Only In response to that need, MDE has created a new user role in the Secure Site. The new role is “Student Test Scores Only”. This role allows the user to only view the Student Test Scores and Dynamic Reporting pages on the Secure Site. District and school administrator level users can assign the “Student Test Scores Only” role to educators within their school or district that they want to provide with access to the assessment results data. Please note, assigning this role to staff in a building or district is a local decision. Note also, that the data cannot be restricted any finer grained than at the building level, so if a user is assigned the “Student Test Scores Only” role, then the user will have access to all Student Test Score data within that building. This role does not need to be added to current users that already have access to Student Test Score reports and data. Macomb FSI - Dr. Jennifer Parker-Moore - APR16
