What Will This Do? Create a 3 phase evaluation protocol. Allow Guard-Type units to be evaluated and graded on the 3 elements. Qualify/Disqualify the effectiveness of the solution under varying uses. Universal Safety/Marketing information to be conveyed to potential customers.
Can we have an ABYC Standard? Who Will Manage it? Can we have a USCG Stamp? Can we have an ABYC Standard?
