PROGRAMME PLANNING and M&E Agree on the programme model and theory of change. Same across PRs. Agree on implementation areas – complicated when more than one PR. Shared capacity building efforts. Agree on details linked to the indicators – what will be counted, what constitutes reach, how often, method of determining targets. Communication Example of YW&Gs – 4 big elements of the programme and all had to implement them. COORDINATION Quarterly PR meetings The CSS PR collates data and reports on all the PR programmes to the provincial AIDS Council CCM Oversight Committee arranges learning meetings where PRs give feedback on programmes and talk about their successes and challenges SANAC role – linking NSP and CSO sectors to PRs Communication
