SPA History GSPA founded on Boulder campus in 1972 Moved to UCCS and Denver mid-1970’s First UCCS MPA graduates 1975 Consolidated Graduate School of Public Affairs July 1, 1997 Added hosting of MCJ degree Fall 1997 Added BACJ & became School of Public Affairs Fall 2007 First BACJ graduates December 2008
