Lab Report Set up Ms. Hackney

Title Tells me what the topic is in a short, catchy phrase.

Problem An investigative question that you want answered. What you are testing.

Hypothesis An educated guess that tells me how I think my results will turn out. It involves logic and using what I already know about Science or my topic.

Materials Tells me all of the items I am using to carry out the test or experiment.

Procedure Describes each step (in sequential order) that I will follow to do the experiment. What you are doing!

Results/Data Tells me what I found after conducting my experiment. This is where I show all of the data that I collected (Graphs and Charts)

Conclusions Refer to hypothesis and analysis of the data. Talk about what it means and why I think my data showed up the way that it did.
