process agreed approach: the aim of the 700 MHz activities is to derive a framework for a frequency plan in the 470 – 694 MHz band to allow the continuation of DTT in the event of the 700 MHz band being allocated to IMT; these activities will require many technical planning meetings on bi- or multilateral level. These meetings can be both between the main WEDDIP reviews and also co-sited with a main WEDDIP meeting; responsibility for transition arrangements remains with the Administrations in their bilateral meetings; June 15th 2016
