Shift Times & Location Morning Shift: 0800 - 1300 Afternoon Shift: 1400 - 1900 Podiatry base at the Ops Centre Briefings Transport/Parking
What happens on each shift? Briefing Clinics last 4 hours Do not disappear!!! Dress code Team work Support and supervision
What we do Reception Triage and assessment Paperwork Stocking up
Policies & Procedures Follow them Please do not change anything Professional Codes of Conduct Ethics Record keeping Health, Safety and Infection Control Privacy and Dignity
Important points to remember Be flexible & work as a team Turn up for your shifts on time Dress in comfortable, warm clothes Bring additional layers of clothing Bring your sense of humour! Please do not give money to our guests

When you arrive at the Ops Centre Present a copy of your shift confirmation email Your name ticked off shift list Get your services badge Wait to be collected from the volunteers area 12
When you arrive at a CC centre Your team leader will report to the shift office and ask for the Services Liaison Go to area designated for your team Open the clinic 13
When you leave a CC centre Your team leader will inform the Services Liaison and report to the shift office 14
