Let’s figure it out…. Create a shape and label the dimensions Create a another shape with a scale factor of 1/3 Find the perimeter/area/volume Does the perimeter/area/volume change by the same scale factor? Why or why not? YOU MUST SHOW ALL STEPS!!!!

Example: Scale Factor Changes by 5 20 4 3 15

Example: Perimeter 20 4 3 Changed by 5, just like the scale factor. 15 4 + 3 + 4 + 3 = 14 20 + 15 + 20 + 15 = 70
