PUMPKIN ↓ ↓ Pumpkin comes from Mexico. Delicious, nutritional, healthy,used as cosmetics. Is cooked, baked, in salad, in soups. Rich with vitamins A,C,E,K,B1,B2 and B6

Pumpkin seeds As food, pumpkin seeds have a much higher nutritional value than the fleshy part, and make up about 10% of the fruit. They are rich in fat (45%), protein (about 25%) and carbohydrates (about 18%). They are much richer in vitamins and minerals, especially iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium. Pumpkin seeds can be used as a tasty and healthy snack. Because of the large proportion of omega-3 fatty acids are excellent brain food.

Pumpkin oil The oil from the seeds produced by cold process, it is easy to digest, is used to prepare a variety of salads. Pumpkin oil is a dark brown-green color, intense fragrance and wonderful taste. Pumpkin seed oil has positive effect on cardiovascular health.

Recipe for making face masks of pumpkin  Making a very good effect on the skin, especially on those oily and prone to blackheads, pimples and acne, Pumpkin can be used for preparing refreshing and nourishing facial mask. From meat pumpkin mash and apply it as a mask for oily skin prone to inflammation and acne. This mask will clean and narrow pores of facial skin, the skin will get the necessary vitamins and minerals. Arrange the mask over your face and let it works 5 minutes. The rest of the pumpkin can be used for a variety of tasty dishes.
