Innovative training for multicultural classes Erasmus Plus – Strategic partnership

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project aims to create an innovative e-learning for teachers from all over Europe on how to manage multiculturalism in classrooms The online training will be composed by two modules: one with awareness-raising activities on multiculturalism and diversity and one on CLIM methodology to be applied in classes The project will also involve schools to test the new product and make it more effective. Then we will launch a EU campaign to make it known all over Europe and at disposal of European schools!

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

for teachers in Europe using modules online because it can Equip teachers with relevant skills and competences by designing an innovative training based on how to manage multiculturalism in classrooms Digitalize the training for teachers in Europe using modules online because it can be as effective as traditional training at a lower cost Create a safe, inclusive, accepting and successful learning environment for all, increasing awareness of global issues, strengthening intercultural awareness; Encourage critical thinking and preventing prejudice and discrimination among students.

THE PARTNERSHIP

PARTNERS’ ROLES IN THE PROJECT Ifall (Sweden) and Sans Frontiers Europe (Malta) will create contents for the first module of the e-learning UCLL (Belgium) and Multikultura (Poland) will will create contents for the second module of the e-learning Euphoria (Italy) and Homine Challenge (Spain) will transform these modules in an online training course All the project partners will actively participate in dissemination activities to make known the training course to schools all over Europe
