LIBBA CONTEST Each participant is allowed one prize, per species in these contests. You can win 1 striped bass, 1 bluefish and 1 weakfish prize You can win in both the Ken Karwick contest and a derby with the same fish Minimum Sizes Striped Bass 15# or 36” Bluefish 5# Weakfish 5# There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for largest released striped bass. By weight On a NY surf fishing contest scale MUST be witnessed by LIBBA member
