‘Life is full of love ’Postcard design competition Details

Aims 1) Providing a platform for students show their creativity and encouraging them to cultivate their art talent 2)Promoting harmony between roommates and increasing quality of life 3) Transmitting the message of cherishing life and developing students’ positive life attitude

Date and Eligibility Date: now until 1th June, 2017 Eligibility: Boarder

Details Theme: 1)Around the dormitory's life 2)Transmit the message of cherishing life   Requirement: 1) The entries should be in the form of postcard.Hand or computer aided drawing are accepted. 2) Each student only can submit one entry. For the students who submit more than one entry, the Judging Panel will only assess the last submitted work. 3) The resolution of the entries are 300dpi and the size of the work is 10.5x15cm.Also, the participants have to submit <150 words to describe their works.

Details 4) Participants have to send the entry to Student Housing Service Divisions and upload to https://goo.gl/K6hjp0 before 1th June. 5)The title of the submitted entries is「student number+【the name of the work】」and remembers to write <150 words to introduce your entry. 6) The entries can be colourful or black and white.

Note Student Housing Service Divisions retains all proprietary rights of the winning entries. All winners have to hand in the authorization letter which authorizes the organizer to publish the winning entries. The organizer can use the entries without any need for prior consent of or payment of copyright fees to the winners. All participants must agree and obey the relevant regulations, accept the final decisions of the Judging Panel

Award Champion: A certificate of award, 4,000 NT dollars and 50 winning entries First runner-up: A certificate of award and 3,000 NT dollars and 50 winning entries Second runner-up: A certificate of award and 2,000 NT dollars and 50 winning entries Honorable mention(2): A certificate of award and 500 NT dollars Most popular Award(5): 300 NT dollars

Award *The award has been deducted tax according to the income tax act. *The dorms that champion, first runner-up and second runner-up belongs to will receive 200 winning entries. *The top three winning entries will be printed as posters and posted in each dormitory.

Assessment Our judging panel is formed by 3 art and design experts (50%), the manager of Student Housing Service Divisions and all resident directors (50%).The submitted entries will be assessed by the Judging Panel based on the following criteria: Idea & Ways of expression:50% Relevance to the theme and composition: 30% Technique and Creativity: 20% *The top 5 entries which get the most like in our website(https://goo.gl/K6hjp0) would get the most popular Award
