Introducing Solids Foods sessions – Second Friday of every month Invites only by Health Visitor. 10.00-11.00am / 11.00-12.00pm Self Help Services- 1-2-1 sessions either face to face or over the phone, CBT-based techniques, for mild-moderate anxiety and low mood. To self refer please ask reception for a referral form. 9.00-3.00 Learning through play Course. This is a 12 week course which can help you help your 18 months to 3 years old child develop their skills through play. Starts 24th April 2017 from 9.30-11.30, term time only. To book a place please ask at reception. Baby Play 0-18 months 9.30 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. Term time only Bookings only Last entry 10.00am CAPS- Parent Survival Course 9.30am-12pm For parents of children 2-4 years living in the local community.
