Officially the Italian Republic is a unitary parlamiantary republic in south-central Europe. Italy takes in a knee-boot shaped Apennine’s Peninsula and two big islands located in Mediterranean Sea.

Italy is famous for its cuisine, fashion and design, clothing industries, architecture, arts, music and it’s a great place for tourism.

Cheese and wine are major parts of the cuisine, playing different roles both regionally and nationally with their many variations laws. Coffee, and more specifically espresso, has become highly important to the cultural cuisine of Italy.

Places to see

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is the campanile or freestanding bell tower, of the cathedral of the Italian city of Pisa. It is situated behind the Cathedral and is the third oldest structure in Pisa's Cathedral Square after the Cathedral and the Baptistry.

The Coliseum is an elliptical amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy, the largest ever built in the Roman Empire. It is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering.

Coliseum was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts, executions, dramas based on Classical mythology.
