Essential Question The Week of 8-12 May 17 “History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.” Winston Churchill MONDAY Why do you think there was so much opposition to the Treaty of Versailles in America? Answers will vary, but should include the idea that most Americans had doubts about the harsh treatment Germany was given.
