Introduction Hi my name is Sara Melton although I have always gone by my middle name, Rachel. I was born in Texas and from there, my family moved to Arizona, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Kansas, Hawaii, and then back to Maryland. I have lived in Maryland for a combined time of ten years.

Major My major is Early Childhood Education and I am minoring in Business, Communications, and Liberal Arts (BCLA).

Family and pets When I am not at school I live with my mom, dad, little brother Alex who is 16, dog Kyla, and many fish.

Previous Schooling I graduated from Centennial High School in 2013. I have gone to four different Elementary Schools, two Middle Schools, and one high school. I have also been in private school, public school, and was home schooled for a year.

Work I have worked as a nanny for almost three years now. I work for two different families. The first has a four year old boy and an 17 month old boy, and the second has twin 7 year old boys.

Academic problem areas… Checking my work. Science is not my favorite subject and I find it difficult. Vague instructions.

Academic Profile Conclusion Overall, I love to work with my hands and do best with assignments that do not involve a lot of reading on a computer. I find it helpful to have a rubric and clear instructions on what I’m working on to be sure that I have completed each part and like when the professor is hands on.
